That SRAM looks good and i can get it fairly cheap ($3US for 32k) in NZ.
I already knew that hack with the code/data memory. Very handy! One other thing - is it possible to write to EEPROMs with an eprom burner? Th reason I ask this is that I don't have a development board just an EPROM burner. So, in the initial development stages I need some way of writing / debugging my Rs-232 routines without wasting a million EPROMs. The rs-232 routines will, in the future, be my method of transfering new routines / data into EEPROM or RAM. This is the main hurdle for me. |
