Honestly I've been mostly using console-only things, so I can't grant accuracy of what I say, but I guess you can try WINE to run some windows versions. Good DOS-based simulators work nicely under DOSEMU too. Finding a GUI one though - I honestly doubt you will. Look around SDCC, maybe there is some gfx frontend to it - you'd have C compiler and asembler. (by the way, what kind of Linux user are you if you want GUI STUFF? SHAME! ;)
If I were you, I'd worry about a linux upload/flash tool though. These are hard to come by for some devices and WINE/DOSEMU usually fail on the respective windows versions. |
