then run it using DOSemu.

if you want graphical windows and are brave enough you can try WINE (http://www.winehq.com) or WINEX (http://www.transgaming.com). WINEX requires a US$5,00 monthly subscription for download.

then you can try some Windows IDE (like Ride51) with it

remember that winex is targeted primarily for games, mut you may be lucky...
