apart from the basic question why you want both opto and galvanic isolation, MCT2E data sheet states that max collector current for output transistor is only 50 ma with CTR 20% with open base. make sure that suffices the requirement to drive your relay. i.e. transister goes into saturation and the collector current does not exeeds Ic max in any condition. infact you should not have more than half of the Icmax.
