Of course I've read the datasheet, and it comes with a operating sequence diagram. Following the diagram I write the program, but now it seems the I/O swquence between the MPU and the ADC loses synchronization. Address can't be sent to ADC and data is offset by 1 bit when sent to MPU.

Totally 4 pins are used, Chip select, Address input, Data out, and I/O clock.
