Hello MK,
I strongly suggest the Philips ISP parts such as, 89C51RD2, 89C668, 89C669 etc (from 64Kb to 96KB flash and upto 8K of built in ram), besides it is a pleasure to work with FlashMagic with these parts and dont forget to implement Erik's BACKDOOR (this is a must).
