You said to let you know the specs of the LED and we can go into schematics but you didn't reply again when i gave it.

Ehigie, this is not the place, where you are entitled to get a ready solution! We are all in jobs, under the pressure of our bosses and our customs and can present here only ideas and simplified schematics, but not ready solutions!

By the way, you have got enough useful information from us up to now, to be well prepared to make the next steps on your own feets!
