Are your waveforms sinusoidal ? What frequency are they ? An op-amp integrator will work fine, subject to the usual checks.

1. My waveforms wont be full sinusoidal wave. but it will be a part of sinusoidal wave I mean they will be thyristor chopped for example I will have a part of sinusoidal wave from 60 degrees to 180 degrees in positive half and 240 degrees to 360 degrees in negative half.
2. The frequency will be 50Hz.
