#76844 - RE: AT89DVK-04 vs. AT89RFD-01 Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Do you know where I can purchase one chip of AT89C51SND1C?
If you included your location in your user profile, someone might be able to help you. I am a college student .... May I know what Development software do you use for the chip? For a MP3 player (somewhat complicated), I think you are a bit up the creek on this issue, The logical choice would be Keil ($2500) or Raisonance (about half), but as a student you will probably have to use SDCC with its quirks. I have not done much with SDCC, but I will recommend that before you do this you select a simpler project and get used to the '51 rather than the compiler/assembler quirks by using the eval version of Keil or Raisonance (it just strikes me that would be K & R - what a coincidence). Erik anyhow, lest I forget, before you start read "the bible" here are the links to "the bible" Chapter 1 http://www.semiconductors.philips.com/acrobat/v...ARCH_1.pdf chapter 2 http://www.semiconductors.philips.com/acrobat/v...UIDE_1.pdf chapter 3 http://www.semiconductors.philips.com/acrobat/v...WARE_1.pdf |
