Hi~
This is the IDE I started with and using currently. It's designed for a hardware simulator. It's in Simplified Chinese but you can switch it into English. I'm currently using it's complier but the simulator. http://www.wave-cn.com/download/e2000w.zip After installed the software, uncheck the following. (circled in red) 
The type of MPU can be selected by clicking the button shown below.
