#76981 - Mide51 IDE issues Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Yes Abhishek,
The Mide 51 from OpCube is a good effort by an individual and since it comes packed with ASEM51, you are coding in a few minutes after you have downloaded the software. And I think recently the SDCC has also been integrated into it. A word of caution though : At times while trying to save the code, it crashes the OS and the severity ( page fault error)is so bad that even Ctrl+Alt+Del cannot pull it out. The story is same on WIN_XP and WIN98. Happens on my notebook running WIN_XP and three other desktops running WIN_98. I am in touch with Mr Woraphot ( the creator) and he has agreed to look into the issue. That way he is quite responsive. Disclaimer : The incidence of crashing the OS may be due to a problem at my end and does not necassarily be a bug in the IDE code. Raghu |
