It is usually used in the sense of a child demanding selfishly, "Gimme! Gimme!! Gimme!!!" In the context of this forum, it is used of posts that are clearly simply demands for free code from people too lazy to put any work into solving the problem themselves - or even searching for existing code that solves the problem. |
