If you have a scope, have a look at the timing when you turn the bus around from writing address to chip and the chip starts sending data. I have a memory of some kind of bus collision with an old type of serial EEPROM. That was solved with a 1K between the DI and DO on the chip and connecting one of them to micro, I think DI. Anders |
