In fact I was asking two question at same time. I didnt mean that JTAG interface with AT89S*. I was looking for a device (and emulator) where I dont have to use socket interface debugging because where I ve to put my card I dont have enough provision that I can put my emulator socket on the board. meanwhile I ve seen silabs website and they ve many device and development kit which support what I m looking for. any suggestions how r they?
