If no nedd for ICE how ll I connect to the board.

through a JTAG connector

I was looking for a device (and emulator) where I dont have to use socket interface debugging because where I ve to put my card I dont have enough provision that I can put my emulator socket on the board.
A 'standard' ICE replace the uC in the uC socket.

meanwhile I ve seen silabs website and they ve many device and development kit which support what I m looking for. any suggestions how r they?

R usually mean resistor, I assume you mean resistant to breakage, they are pretty good.
