#78819 - RE: Code/Hardware library question Responding to: ???'s previous message |
while schematics that include the 8052 are clearly appropriate for an 8052 site very true should we go ahead and permit some wandering in the hardware library for things that are not specifically 8052? I vote for non 8052 schematics but these should be related in some meaningful and logical way to 8052. This way we can be sure that 8052.com is really an 8052 related site. For example, power supply, level translators for RS-232, RS485 are examples of the ciruits which should be included even if there is no 8051 in the schematic. Regarding CPLD and FPGA work, may be we can open an advanced hardware corner. It would be very nice if something can be done to include the descriptoin of the circuit so that we don't start receiving questions on the forum. |
