Denis: Contact the "Better Business Bureau" in Florida and turn in a complaint. That shouldn't cost you any money. They take complaints from customers and when people call to ask a recommendation before buying from a company, they list to number of complaints filed against the company.

You should be able to find the Better Business Bureau online somewhere.
