#7905 - RE: Important! internet Fraud co, Rigel |
I tried Better Business Bureau several times and that doesn't do much good. You need to get the Florida States Attorneys office to get interested in Internet or cinsumer Fraud. I'll be glad to provide backup information if you need me to document my problem with them. I don't think they ever intended to send me my products that I purchased from them. I was mad to get stung for $100 for one unit. Lossing a couple of grand is totaly farud. Do a search of the internet there are several organizations that take interest in fraudulent business practices. There is suppose to have a new one set up by our govenment especially for internet fraud that I heard about last year.
I suggest in the future to always buy using a credit card. Let them take the risk. Had you done that you would have received your money back in a few weeks and Rigel would have to pay them else risk prosecution and a loss of credit card acceptance. I'm sure there are many more people that Rigel has or may have ripped off. Those that think Rigel is still a great place, ought to buy another unit from them and post the results here on this site. Do you really think they have shipping clerk problems? I'm old enough to spot fraud when I see it for myself. I'm sure Rigel was once a good company, now I'm sure it's all a big scam outfit! They now need to get new stripped suits to ware for about 10 years. I wanted to post a watch out here on this site when it happened to me early last year but since they admitted fault I decided to leave it be since I lost nothing but time. A. Post |
