I have purchased from Rigel in the past. They shipped promptly, and I had NO trouble. Granted it was about two years ago. They are a rather large supplier of evaluation / education 8031 boards and written training materials to Jr. Colleges and tech schools around the country. Our local Jr. College program here in Napa, CA has had a long and good relationship with them. Rigel has been in business for at least 15 years that I am aware of. If you have had a bad experience, that is unfortunate, but please think twice about yelling fraud in a crowded theater.
