We're moving over to the Atmel 89C51ED2 part, and have
the MetaLink RD2 XF emulator. While MetaLink says it's
not possible, I wonder if anyone has tried replacing
the RD2 chip in the emulator with an ED2 part, and had
it work. For right now, the differences in internal
eeprom programming is the main issue (they are written
to differently.)

Anyone have experience??
