I checked the inventory on the previously mentioned RC+. These are commercial thermal grade parts (0C to 70C). They are 44 pin PLCC. I'll confirm this later via the part number but I believe my memory is accurate.

The standard Philips box holds 480 units sealed in a metalized level 3 bag. Its dated Aug 13,2000 and the label says its shelf life in the sealed bag is 12 months (otherwise you have to go through a baking process to remove absorbed moisture). The tray count inside might be 5 trays with 6x16=96 chips per tray. I'm not certain about that because I'm not breaking the seal just to find out.

The second bag, again level 3 seal, contains 120, dated Sep 20,2000. From the vacuum seal outline, it appears to be two trays, one obviously a partial.
