If I first develop a basic calculator, I am afraid that I will get stuck at the scientific functions part later on. That's why I hope that I can solve the scientific part before I go on writing the software.

What do you mean by "For Scientific functions he may do the hard work the easyway by putting the entire sceintific functions' printed tables into Lookup Tables in his code" ? Thanks.
