not all commands are executed at 1 clock, many instructions require 2 and 3 clocks; some do up to 5 clocks and one requires 8 clocks;
However, most take the same number of instruction cycles as the 'standard' '51 which also use multiple instruction cycles (each 12 clocks) for many instructions.
