Even if the Nokia3310 LCD is not available in near future ( there are plenty available right now) I am sure others based on the same controller will be. By the way searched the forum for this lcd and found many posts from you. So finally did you get it done or you changed the lcd. This one is available very cheap whereas the standard graphic LCD is four to five times more costlier. and in indian market they are far and few between.
