The Dallas 89C420 is scheduled for full production this month. It runs 50 MIPS at 50Mhz.

Scenix Semiconductor also has some fast chips. They have changed their name to Ubicom. They just settled a lawsuit with Microchip so I don't now how stable they are right now. They run up to 100 MIPS.
