I was stunned to see someone giving a negative karma "Didn't search first".

I don't think Nitin was simply asking to be spoon fed - he has did some study and wanted more material to read further. While it can be argued that he SHOULD have clicked on the TUTORIALS button, there still is no harm in kindly telling him so.

And please, I don't want this to snowball into a flame thread on the rights and wrongs of handling newbies. Just expressed what i felt.
