#80899 - 8051 VHDL |
Hello.
I need some help with 8051 VHDL cores. I am a uni student, and am working on a project that requires a simple microcontroller. The purpose is to use a VHDL core and synthesize it for a Xilinx Virtex 2 FPGA. I have found couple of 8051 cores, namely the one from Oregano, and the Dalton Project one. I am having some problems when compiling the Oregano one, and in reality that one is an overkill (it's pretty much the full mcu). Does anyone know if there are any other cores that are available for free off the net? BEar in mind I need something that has been proven in hardware. Thanks :) |
