#83232 - Wait a minute! Not so off topic! Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Having done some googling for Garavkumar Modi...
The mobile displays are considerably smaller (the N7600 is 128x160 or so, more than an order of magnitude less than VGA). Even more, the integrated controller takes care of storing and refreshing the picture, so you just have to fill it up. Have a look at http://www.mcu.cz/modules/n...toryid=457 (or the original in German at http://www.apetech.de/nokia6100.php) for some inspiration. And for de/compression well suited for small-resource 8bits have a look at http://www.cs.tut.fi/~albert/Dev/pucrunch (with excellent backgounder). Jan Waclawek |
