Find yourself an old Epson MX-80 printer of something similar. Even an old Cannon bubble jet BJ200 would work. These have parallel ports that connected to the original PC via the ISA bus board Parallel Printer Adapter. You should be able to use almost similar logic to connect to the bus of the 8051 to drive such printer. Here are some links to some logic and connection ideas.
