You mean you take the circuit containing current limiting resistor? Then don't forget the 1MOhm resistor across osc pins. The Philips' circuit will contain it already inside, but the TI's chip not! So, connect in any case this 1M resistor. The Ti's chip will need it and the Philips' chip will not suffer from it. Kai |
