Hi Prahlad,
Your experiment and observation has helped me a lot. Right now I am in the process of designing a new range products, and your post has helped me a lot in selecting the processor for these products with the information posted by you. I need to take a closer look at the LPC9XX family. And by the way, I had tried using them, but the ICP still did not work as per my expectations so I dropped the idea of the entire LPC9xx family, maybe I will purchase a programmer for these devices instead of building it myself.
