#84338 - Li-ion accumulators can be dangerous! Responding to: ???'s previous message |
The improper handling of Li-ion accumulators can be really dangerous! Overcharging, empty-discharging, short circuits or too high temperatures can result in disastreous explosion!!
Charging of these beasts is sophisticated: Charging voltage of 4.2V must be guaranteed with a tolerance of less than 0.05V! Li-ion accumulators should be equipped with built-in protection cicuit. From everything that looks different keep your hands off... Kai |
