Ok I will try.
But still when it works with other MCU's under XP I guess hte problem lies somwehre else. Can you check please the connection schematics, weather I haven't forget something? Prehaps I have to put a resistor to some line?

Maybe I should supply external reset, I tried but also a failure.

But the chip itself is working, I can program it with an Elnec programmer.

Thanks for the help anyway.
