The micro is configured to reset on start up using the standard RC network ... Is the 89S51 a "stable" micro that can be used for long periods in industrial applications? or is it prone to upsets.
You use RC reset and worry about stability. I hesitate to name the joke of the year already in january, but am very tempted. and also reset on an overflow of the watchdog timer. I am sure that the WD timer is being refreshed in time. Sure is something we all have been and stll proven wrong. What makes you sure? Erik |
