Good points guys, I have ordinary GLCD with ribbon cable connector type.
As I said before, I removed the LCD and wrote a simple program just to toggle port pin, no lcd code and no lcd present, I got same problem. So the only choice left is the home made PCB. It is non plate through and double sided. I think home made PCBs are not very professional, might be ok for rapid prototyping but I have to consider a professional PCB manufacturer.
