You keep talking about "loading" memory - but what do you mean by that?
Are you talking about the simulator?
Are you talking about initialising XDATA variables at startup?
Are you talking about storing constants in XDATA?
Or what?

Have you read the sections in the C51 Manual about how it handles the 8051s variaous different memory spaces?
There are keyword extensions to specify the memory space; there are also memory-specific pointers; and the _at_ keyword extension could be of use to you...
