Well, the shift reg is actually responding properly. I can put it on the o-scope and it works does exactly what it's supposed to do. The input simply wasn't working... BUT, the way you did that was much more efficient than mine, and I wasn't using the carry bit to move it. (I was using jnb's, and if it didn't jump, setting a bit in memory)
I'll try it that way, maybe it'll work better. Thanks for your help, I'll let you know how it works.
