Dear Michael,
The MCU that U suggest is quite good but the package available just TQFP.I cannot afford that.Just to ask you whether is it possible if i still want to use AT89C51ID2?because during my development,the MCU easy to blow out even a minor shortage between its pin.Or can you suggest another MCU which package just QFP/PLCC... |
