not so reliable in terms of if the MCU shorted (any of its pin), the MCU cannot be used anymore.
Any chip (at least if from a reputable company) will be reliable if the posted "absolute maximum ratings" are not exceeded. a chip surviving such an excess will, most likely, have a very abbreviated lifetime. can anyone advise me on the best microcontroller Keil device database http://www.keil.com/dd/parm_search.asp Erik |
