#87327 - Not clever? Responding to: ???'s previous message |

Is there any clever way to do the job with the least signal conditioning components needed? As Jez says, the clever way is to throw away (or at least redeploy) this instrument - which is clearly unsuited to the application - and get something else that does meet the requirements! (it doesn't have to be brand new). If you really are absolutely stuck with having to use this thing, and can't follow Jez's advice to run far, far away, it might be just as easy to put a (reflective?) optical sensor on each segment of the LCD. Do you actually need all 3-1/2 digits? |
