Andy the design is like this:

There are 25 columns in a row and it look like this

0 0 0 0 0 0 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 0 0 0 0 1 1 0 0 0 1 1

.
.
.
row size not defined.

This design is being made manually on a graph paper(similar to excel sheet).0 indictes not to punch the block and 1 indicates the block is to be punched. Punch is of 3 mm daimeter

I am trying to automate it in a way, the user can make this design on GUI and click the punch option. I have a microcontroller system hooked to the PC. Corresponding to the 0 and 1 ,i activate the solenoid and punch the block .

I hope it is clear .
