#88278 - To CR or not to CR :-) Responding to: ???'s previous message |
In the present status, calling the crlf you first set CR into acc, call sndchr to transmit one CR, then fall through to delay, where you decrement acc to zero; then returning from sndchr you fall through to sndchr again, but now your acc holds zero, which is transmitted. So, calling crlf you don't send CR and LF as indicated by the name of routine; nor CR two times, rather, you send CR and NUL (possibly displayed by the terminal emulator as some "strange character").
Please, get rid of the delay routine, use the ti flag to properly check for transmission ready, then come back here with your findings. Jan Waclawek |
