Only the drive manufacture knows worst case, and how to cause it. Why not inserting a very low series resistor into the Vcc line and observing the voltage drop at osci? 0.1Ohm series resistor would give a voltage drop of 40mV at maximum current of 400mA. Enough to have a look at, not enough to cause trouble... Kai |
