#89498 - a thing and questions
Responding to: ???'s previous message
However, Displacement may be a real number.
There must be a language issue here, do you mean a number with a decimal point or what?

Displacement = ((No. of pulses)/PPR) * (Pitch).

The default values of PPR and Pitch are 50 and 5 resp (both whole numbers). However, Displacement may be a real number.

((No. of pulses)/PPR) * (Pitch). should for this purpose be changed to

((No. of pulses) * (Pitch))/PPR

What resolution of the displacement display do you need

Erik
