#90018 - cloud cover
Responding to: ???'s previous message
sooo.... you read the tracking source code which tells you how to trace a light source and you measure the absolute light level in the area of the reciever to see if its worth while trying to track the sun. When it goes too dark due to it being cloudy and or night then you dont bother.saves messing with calendars and clocks and stuff.
