Red Lion Controls have a range of panel meters with the features you mention. Don't expect 'economy' prices though - especially with 4-20mA retransmission etc.

Pretty much I buy off the shelf equipment these days - certification etc is just too much trouble as well as perceived quality. I now only do designs that have economic benefit - especially with the cost of CE testing and other certifications.
