The implementation I described before was made for a product wherein the customer is fully aware at the time of purchase that there is a monthly payment plan or an outright purchase option.

Secondly....I have already learned not to make products that are sold in one-up type quantities without getting paid before delivering the full IP and manufacturing data for the product. I will deliver demo versions of devices but these are almost always not the full product implementation and so are not useful as a complete product.
