I'm getting 3.3 volts for logic 1(high) and 2.5 volts for logic 0(LOW) at ports 0 and port2 (BOTH PORTS on RUGHT SIDE OF CHIP)
There are only 3 ways to get a 0 to read more than ~0,5V 1) bad measuring 2) pin connected to Vcc through too little resistance which likely will lead to 3) destroyed chip Erik |
