Btw. note that it's not 2"x4" but 2.3" high digit (the first two digits of designation) and the forward voltage is 6.0V-9.6V @ 20mA (4-chip segments) except the decimal, which is two chip, so the forward voltage would be halved (you gave forward voltage per chip, but they are connected in series). The material designation is SR (superred on AlGaAs), maximum (continuous) forward current is 40mA @ 25°C. Jan Waclawek |
