I do not know about the 6276, but - in a product that is not mine - another manufacturers 16 LED driver (ST2221C) tend to "pop" because of heat.
So I would use the 6275 which is ~the ST2221A of which I have a few million running with no problems.

If anyone have any good or bad experience with 16 LED drivers (ST - Allegro - Rohm et al) I would like to know.
